Things were not easy at first and this is the result of consistent effort on product quality and customer services which is an instant equipment segment upgrades- whether it is automation or machine mechanism or increasing the range of products, to serve the cap industry. So, that it will be a one-stop solution for all our customers (cap manufacturers). We believe that women are our nation's strength and should be empowered and we think no one is better than women for container packing. Lady workers are given instruction to operate machinery, proving the myth that "women cannot work with heavy machines."

Inquisition
When the highest-grade raw materials are used to create a product, it is ideal for use. Alchaw ensures this by obtaining raw materials from the best sources accessible. As a result, the printed sheets' package integrity is guaranteed. Our large list of satisfied customers is proof of this.
Inspection
The composition of the material is regularly examined by our well-experienced workforce, in addition to using only the cleanest grade of raw materials. Alchaw Metprint Limited has all of the required instruments to control and maintain product quality throughout the whole manufacturing process, from raw material inspection to final product inspection.

Printed sheets
First step
Aluminium of desired thickness & size (on client order or import/export) is cut as demanded by the client; with the method of cutting an inner food grade lacquer in quotes.
Second step
Consecutively, on the side that is still silver; requisite processing is carried out, such as base sizing (to make the other ink stick on the sheet, also to make an ideal cap and to avoid the problem of cap tearing as well.) Alternatively, T-wash (for taking out excess oil). Every work has BASE sizing as part of the treatment. T-washing is done at the request of the client because it is for diverse applications of the cap.
Third Step
The material is now ready to be printed according to the job card provided by the customer. A positive film of the printing work is provided by the customer.
Fourth Step
In the plate production area, a thick aluminum plate and the positive are maintained together and exposed to UV radiation. Traditionally, this was accomplished by exposing the plate to sunlight.
Fifth Step
Now that the plate and substance are both ready. We're set to go; just by loading the material into the printer. Palletized materials are now bundled with packing strips.
Foil Container
First step
Raw material for aluminum foil weighing 200kg to 600kg is received and loaded on a spool. The operator unpacks the foil material.
Second step
Before being shaped into a container, foil is passed through a tank containing food-grade lacquer, which evaporates in seconds
Third Step
The roll is opened until it approaches the punching press.
Container production has begun.
Fourth Step
Containers are now packed in cartons according to the numerals on the boxes and sent to the market to be sold.
